A £750 security deposit is required to secure a room.

Under what circumstances is the security deposit refundable or non-refundable?

The deposit is returned at the end of the tenancy, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid bills. However, if a cancellation occurs after the contract is signed, the deposit is forfeited.

What payment frequencies are permitted?

Bookings shorter than four weeks must be paid in full. For longer stays, residents can choose to pay the entire amount upfront or make monthly instalments.

Who qualifies as an acceptable guarantor for instalment plans?

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

What is the refund policy for short-term stays?

For bookings under four months, refunds are only granted if another resident is found to take over the vacated bed space.

Can a long-term contract be ended before the official expiration date?

Yes. For bookings longer than four months, either the resident or the property provider can terminate the agreement after four months of living there, provided a one-month notice is given.

Is it possible to select a specific room or property location?

Room preferences can be indicated during the booking stage. The administration will attempt to fulfil these requests based on current availability.

When are check-in instructions provided, and what do they require?

Check-in guides are emailed two to four weeks before the move-in date. The instructions require residents to select a move-in time slot, fill out paperwork, and pay off any pending balances before arriving.

How can a tenancy be extended for another term?

Residents should contact management early to arrange a renewal or rebooking, ensuring a better chance of keeping their preferred room.

Is arriving before the official move-in date permitted?

Early check-in requests must be sent in advance. These are granted based on room readiness and availability, and extra fees may apply.

The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.
