There's always some construction work going on. It's been so noisy, I didn't pay for this. The walls are extremely thin. There's a cleaning lady that sings on top of her voice early in the morning ruining everyone's sleep followed by the drilling work noises by the construction workers. People who work night shifts can forget about getting good sleep.

Really not great value for money and you're far better off with University Accommodation. The biggest issues is the terrible soundproofing (I don't think there's actually any). You can hear your neighbours typing, coughing and even talking from the kitchen a few meters away. Also, you're very far away from anything in Central London so be prepared to cover the cost difference in tube fairs etc if it's cheaper than something you find closer.

Be prepared for everything mentioned here + read the reviews on TrustPilot. No sound insulation, no airing of rooms and no willingness on the part of the staff to solve your problems. Every time you come to the desk it's like a white paper. Worst experience, unfulfilled requests and a terrible place to stay.

Could not hear my lectures because of the constant renovation. Tried contacting the property manager for 2 months now but they have been actively avoiding me and cannot take any responsibility for their actions. The people at the reception are really nice and friendly but the property manager is very unprofessional. Her conduct was borderline insulting. Also, their internet connection is horrible, do not be fooled by the "high speed internet" advertisement on their website. If you raise any complaints, you will be told by a staff member or the customer service provider "Sorry, I do not have the authority to do anything about it" and when you ask to speak to someone who actually does have the authority, they do their best to ignore you for as long as possible.
