Leeds is a city in the United Kingdom, located southwest of York in the county of Yorkshire. In the 17th and 18th centuries, it became a major wool-producing centre. You will have so much fun in the city.

The residence is located at Clay Pit Lane, just a 13-minute walk from Leeds city centre. It is in the heart of lids, entertainment, history, nightlife, food, and drink; surrounded by many exciting and lively locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you’re craving a tasty pizza, Pizza Express makes the best handmade pizza in the neighbourhood! If you like to have some sushi, Blue Sakura restaurant is just around the corner and it serves Japanese fare including sushi and pan-Asian dishes plus drinks in a cosy atmosphere. Tortilla Leeds is another nearby eatery offering Mexican dishes including tacos and burritos in a modern space. When you need to do some grocery shopping, Tesco Express supermarket is nearby and it has plenty of products at great deals to cater to your needs. Before you set off for your bustling day on campus, we suggest you go for a refreshing morning walk at Blenheim Park where you can enjoy the greenery and the nice scenery. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your friends and watch the latest box office movies at the Vue movie theatre. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at Trinity Leeds shopping centre where you’ll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. Another thing you can do during the weekend is go about exploring the history of the city by paying a visit to Leeds City Museum where you can find lots of interesting exhibitions and artefacts.

Greedy company. Totally unsympathetic during Covid as to payment of rent for unoccupied accommodation. Avoid

They dont EVER pick up the phone, ive even tested it by standing at the desk and ringing the number with all the staff around. Just gets left on the desk. None of the staff know what theyre doing, although they are friendly its clear Unite as a company do not train them properly as they're always pretty clueless when it comes to issues you bring to them. Be prepared to pester them constantly just to get anything sorted. Joke of a company. Typical money grabbing student company that isnt that bothered about how well its tenants are treated as long as they get their rent.

Really like this place. You can see the beautiful view of the city. Rooms in good shape and service is efficient.

I was in a flat with numerous people whose routines were significantly different, a real nightmare. They partied, shouted, invited people over all the time, a real nightmare. Impossible to sleep, tried to move room for months, got in touch with members of staff and manager but no help was given even if I sought help from university staff, absolutely ridiculous. This experience really shocked me and really affected me and my studies, felt abandoned, isolated, sad and I was really worried I wouldn’t have got to the end of the year and I would have had to drop out of university. Had to travel down south to a friend’s house to get some rest, outrageous. So much money wasted just to get some sleep. I developed insomnia. People shouting and throwing things to each other at 5am. Also, flat door stopped working in October, despite our continuous complaints it never got fixed. We got locked out so many times at night and tried to call emergency number which was completely useless and when we found little bugs in the kitchen nothing was done about it. Inefficient staff, The plaza and unite students as a whole are useless. Would NEVER recommend.
