Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms
A £200 advanced rent payment is required within 3 working days after booking confirmation, or the booking may be at risk of cancellation.
This amount is deducted from the first rent instalment.
Returning tenants do not need to pay this fee.
The first rent instalment is due on 1 August 2026.
All instalment dates are provided during booking and in the tenancy agreement.

Cancellation Policy
£200 advance rent is due within 3 days of booking confirmation (not required for returning residents) and is deducted from your first payment.
You can cancel within a cooling-off period (5 days before 1 August, 2 days after), provided apply once services start or if booking is made after the contract start date.
