StudentStay Australia Cancellation Policy<ul><li dir="ltr">If the client’s scheduled arrival is affected by an issue, such as a visa delay, they are allowed to reschedule their booking to a later date, subject to availability. In such cases, it is important to notify us immediately to make the necessary adjustments.</li><li dir="ltr">Should postponement not be possible and the student opts to cancel the booking completely, the cancellation request must be submitted promptly and no later than one week before the intended start date in order to receive a full refund of the upfront and bond payments.
