The residence is located on Newarke Street, only a short walk from the centre of the city. It is surrounded by many lively and interesting locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you’re craving a juicy steak, Fernandez Grillhouse is four minutes away on foot, and it serves the best steaks in the neighbourhood! If you’d like to grab a quick bite, Crafty St Martin's is a nearby restaurant offering burgers, plus fries and drinks, in a lively atmosphere. Casa Romana is another nearby eatery serving traditional Italian fare, including pasta and pizza, in a homely atmosphere.
You can go grocery shopping at the Tesco Express supermarket that’s just around the corner. It has plenty of products at great prices to cater to your needs. Before you set off for your busy day on campus, we suggest you go for a refreshing morning walk at Castle Park, where you may enjoy the greenery and the scenery. Over the weekend, you can enjoy a night out with your pals and watch the latest box office movies at the Showcase Cinema de Lux Leicester. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at Highcross Leicester, where you’ll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. Another thing you can do during the weekend is to explore the local history of the city and more by visiting the Leicester Museum and Art Gallery.
**The building is committed to supplying electricity to the room with consumption up to £300 regardless of the tenancy period/let. If the student exceeds this sum, they will be prone to paying extra charges.
