All rooms types require two weeks bond for more than 4 weeks bookings.&nbsp;Less or equal than 4 week require 50$ key deposit.

Payment Terms

Carrichouse Cancellation Policy Cancellations Over 14 Days Before Contract Start<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">A non-refundable $150 cancellation fee applies.</li><li dir="ltr">Refundable items (if applicable): bond, end-of-tenancy cleaning fee, and prepaid rent. </li></ul>Cancellations 1–14 Days Before Start Date<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">A non-refundable fee equal to two weeks’ rent applies.</li><li dir="ltr">Refundable items (if applicable): bond and end-of-tenancy cleaning fee. </li></ul>Early Termination (After Move-In)If you end your agreement early, you’ll be charged:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">Two weeks’ rent</li><li dir="ltr">Cleaning fee</li><li dir="ltr">Advertising and reletting costs (up to $700, subject to quarterly review)</li><li dir="ltr">Reasonable sundry charges</li></ul>You must give at least 14 days’ written notice to vacate. If not, 14 days’ rent is payable in lieu.
