No payment will be due.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">If we offer you a room but you do not accept within five (or three during the July-September peak periods) working days, your application will lapse.</li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Cancellations Before Check-In:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">Initial Cancellation Period:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr">You can cancel within 14 days of receiving confirmation that your booking is complete (reduced to 7 days from August 1st). No charges will apply.</li></ul></li><li dir="ltr" style="">Outside Initial Cancellation Period:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">You are liable for the weekly rent for each and every week or part week until the room is re-let.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">You must find another acceptable tenant.</li></ul></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Cancellations After Check-In:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">If you collect the keys but then choose to cancel, you must find another acceptable tenant.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">You remain liable for the weekly rent for each and every week or part week until the room is re-let.</li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold;">Charges:</h3><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="">There is a £50 administration fee if the room is re-let.</li><li dir="ltr" style="">At the end of the tenancy, charges for damages or arrears may apply if any are incurred.
