The property features different room types for students to choose from, including a shared bedroom with a shared bathroom, a private bedroom with a private bathroom, and a private bedroom with a semi-private bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and come with a bed, pillows, beddings, a chair, a desk, a window, and a closet. The apartments have a shared living room and a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a stove, an oven, cutlery, plates, pans, and a microwave.
