Ok place to stay for short term. Please bring back the previous customer service manager, Natasha. She was so helpful, dedicated and respectful when it came to treating the tenants. Since her departure, I am not receiving the same level of customer service. It has just deteriorated. I request the current reception team and customer service manager to be mindful of how they treat the tenants, and show respect and care. Kudos to the cleaning staff and the maintenance guy. Friendly folks!

I made the mistake of not viewing the rooms before signing a lease for 6 months. The studio was so small and cramped with outdated furniture and the shower was disgusting. Of all the people on my floor there was only one other girl who even looked close to being my age and also a student as the place was rented to people in their 30's and older. I was charged a $460 cleaning fee when I left and then with one month after having moved out I never received my bond until I called up myself and then told that I needed to pay for all the broken lightbulbs as stated in the contract (which when I left were in fact not broken), and I am sure they would never have notified me of this if I didn't follow up. Even a year later I remember how miserable I felt while living there and couldn't have left fast enough. Only writing this review because I'm shocked at all the positive reviews. Do yourself a favour and find better.

I dont recommend this place when you have to pay 200$ plus for departure cleaning and takes 4 plus week for bond to be paid back.
