To assist students relying on funding, the first instalment (covering 4 weeks of rent) is due before the contract begins, followed by a larger second instalment at the end of September to align with UK student loan disbursements.

If the first rent instalment is not received by the tenancy start date, property management reserves the right to cancel the booking entirely and deny key collection.
