Reservation Requirements

A booking is only finalised once the full balance is paid via credit card. Room holds are not permitted without total prepayment. All stays must meet a minimum duration of 28 days.

Payments and Financial Policies

Payments are accepted exclusively via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Rates are calculated on a per-night basis, and the total at checkout includes all applicable service fees. Once a reservation is fully paid, the rate is locked; however, prices for future bookings are subject to change without notice.

Damages and Conduct

The credit card on file will be charged for any property damage, guest misconduct, or breaches of the established Rules and Regulations. These charges cover the full cost of repairs or administrative actions necessary to resolve the violation.

Refund Restrictions

Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Financial credits are not provided for early departures. Furthermore, "Force Majeure" events—such as inclement weather or transit delays—do not qualify for refunds unless a specific written exception is granted by the property management.

To initiate a cancellation, a formal request must be sent via email. Refund amounts are determined by the notice period provided before the scheduled arrival:

• 28 days or more notice: A $200 administrative fee is retained; the remaining balance is returned.
• 21-day notice: The penalty includes a $200 fee plus the cost of one week’s rent.
• 14-day notice: The penalty includes a $200 fee plus the cost of two weeks’ rent.
• 7 days or less (including arrival day): The penalty includes a $200 fee plus the cost of four weeks’ rent.
• No-shows forfeit the entire reservation value.

Rescheduling and Extensions

Changes to reservation dates are permitted without penalty if requested at least four weeks prior to check-in, provided the duration remains the same and space is available. Any increase in booking costs must be settled immediately to confirm the change. The property maintains full discretion to deny rescheduling requests.

Stay extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Failure to request an extension early may result in the suite being booked by another party, requiring the guest to relocate or vacate.

Travel Protection

Guests are responsible for any losses resulting from altered travel plans. It is strongly recommended to utilise travel insurance or credit card protections, as the property does not provide compensation for external travel disruptions.
