Accommodation is secured by issuing a €150 reservation fee at contract signing, which counts toward the total €500 security deposit. The remaining €350 balance must be settled by June 16. For bookings completed after June 15, the full deposit amount is due immediately upon application submission.

What happens if the remaining deposit balance is not paid on time?

If either the resident or management finds a replacement student to fill the vacancy, the departing resident’s rental obligation stops the day before the new resident's arrival. Standard clauses regarding the non-refundable nature of the reservation fee and deposit still apply, depending on the date of the exit.

Management provides a statement of outstanding debts or damages within 45 days of departure.
