Payment Terms

- Instalments option does not require a guarantor.
- Minimum tenancy is 1 year long.
Cancellation Policy
Once the booking deposit amounting to a month's rental is paid to secure a room, it will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled by the student. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking, we will refund the amount in full.
