You can pay rent as follows:
Full payment in August
Two payments (August & December)
Three payments (aligned with student finance) – guarantor required
10 monthly payments via direct debit – guarantor required
Direct debit must be set up when signing the tenancy agreement.
Can rent be deferred with student finance?
Yes, but only if you provide official proof of your loan (amount and payment dates). Without proof, deferment will not be allowed.
