New Zealand's largest university, the University of Auckland, was established in 1883.

After your bustling day on campus, we suggest you go for a casual evening stroll at Constitution Hill where you can relax while enjoying the greenery and city views. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your pals and watch the latest box office movies at Event Cinemas Queen Street. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at Queens Arcade where you can find lots of shops and stores. Another thing you can do during the weekend is visit the Auckland War Memorial Museum where you can learn more about regional history.

Can I cancel my booking without penalty?
Yes, if you do not meet the student eligibility requirements, are unable to lawfully enter New Zealand, or cannot travel due to border closures or restrictions.


What happens if my flight is delayed?
You may request to delay your lease start date. Approval and any applicable charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Can I cancel after signing the tenancy agreement?
Once signed, the tenancy agreement is legally binding. Cancelling due to a change of mind, providing false information, failing to sign the agreement, or failing to pay the required bond or advance rent may result in financial penalties, including forfeiture of some or all of your advance rent and/or bond. Any approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
