About Hotwells House

Both a metropolis and a ceremonial county, Bristol is located in England. It is located along the banks of the River Avon. The city is widely recognised for its aerospace and electronics industries. The Middle Palaeolithic period is where its famous past began.

Hotwells House is a student housing in Bristol that offers studios, en-suites, and non-ensuites. All rooms feature a bed, a study desk with a chair, shelves, and an en-suite bathroom.

The property has a variety of amenities and services. These include Wi-Fi, CCTV throughout, card-entry system, Wi-Fi, all-inclusive bills, parcel services, residential life team and online payment service, online maintenance reporting, 24/7 maintenance, on-site support staff, social events, free on-site gym, games area, study spaces, on-site laundry, social lounge, TVs in all lounges. It’s quite suitable for people looking for student housing near Bristol UWE.

The building is located on Hotwell Road, only a short drive from Bristol city centre. It is surrounded by a variety of exciting and interesting locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you’re craving a mouth-watering pizza, then there’s no better place to go than Zizzi restaurant. It makes the best pizza in the neighbourhood! If you’d like to have some spicy Indian food, Chai Shai Kitchen is a few minutes away from the residence, and it serves Indian fare plus drinks in a small and cosy space. Fishers is another nearby eatery offering seafood meals in a bright setting.

When you need to go do some grocery shopping, Tesco Express supermarket is just down the road, and it has plenty of products at great deals to cater to your needs. Before you head off to your classes, we suggest you go for a refreshing morning walk at Brandon Hill Park, where you can enjoy the grassy fields and the spectacular views. Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your friends and watch the latest box office movies at the ODEON Bristol movie theatre. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at the Bristol Shopping Quarter, where you’ll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. Another thing you can do during the weekend is visit the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, where you can take a walk, enjoy the scenery, and have a nice drink.

Lovely area, lovely staff. Having an on-site gym was great and being able to go for a stroll by the waterside at any time was wonderful.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hotwells this year, it’s my first year and perfect for anyone studying at Bower Ashton as it’s so so close! Nice spacious kitchen and lounge area, most student accommodations I have seen do not have lounge areas or even a television. The location is perfect, it’s right opposite a spar, just a couple of minutes away from the local pub and the harbour is right on your doorstep. Not only that but it’s about a 20 minute walk into the centre and if you’d rather get a bus there’s a bus stop practically outside the building. I’ve only ever come across minor issues and maintenance come pretty quickly to help out! No problems with noise and I like that it’s slightly smaller than the bigger accommodations in Bristol as it feels a little more private. Checking in was also super easy and I soon settled in quickly. I would defo recommend!

Loved my time here, the staff are so easy to get along with and are always down for a laugh. It also doesn’t hurt that the price of the rooms are low for private halls

I had a great experience checking into Hotwells House. The lady at reception who checked me in was Sam and she was very helpful and welcoming. To top it off, the location is lovely, right on the harbour side with makes for lovely walks and has enough shops close by to do a quick shop without being in the noisy centre. (although it is close enough to walk to the centre if you wanted to).
