Payment Terms

( England )&nbsp;Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the amount equal to the lesser of: (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s License Fee is non-refundableIf you have paid the Advance Rent and the license agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will be held to the terms of the license until a replacement licensee is found( Scotland )Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel prior to the start of the license period, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Advance Rent.&nbsp;If you decide to cancel after the start of your license period then you will be held to the terms of your license agreement.

Cambridge train station is a ten-minute drive and Cambridge North train station is a nine-minute ride.

Student Castle Cambridge

Just moved in a month ago and I’m having a great time here so far. The room is very clean and staff is very friendly and willing to help.

The rooms are really clean and the personal really polite also it is really close to the city centre and near the river for perfect walks

The studio was clean, new and well equipped. It is close to the centre which can be reached by walk. Besides whatever one needs a coop store is just close to the posterior  entrance. The staff is really welcoming and caring.I would definitively come back there.

Great place. Immaculately clean and well stocked. Really great for wandering round Cambridge.  Would definitely stay again.
