New Mill

New Mill is a student housing in Dublin that offers En-suite and Studio rooms. These are modern and spacious rooms with plenty of integrated storage and a study area. Each of these rooms is fully furnished to include a small double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, shelving, and a study desk with an integrated magnetic whiteboard and chair. New Mill offers high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, and all-inclusive bills. It is CCTV-monitored, with secure key access and 24-hour support. The property has bike storage, an on-site maintenance team, post and parcel service, and hosts wellbeing events throughout the year. It also houses a number of communal spaces where you can study your lessons in peace and spend your free time. These include quiet study rooms, a reading area, a meeting room, and a common room where you can socialize with your friends. You will also find a modern cinema room, a games room, a free on-site gym, and an outside courtyard.

The word Dublin (pronounced “Dubh-Linn”) is derived from an Old Irish Gaelic word for ‘Black Pool’. When you walk the streets of Dublin during the day, you’ll see why the Vikings who moored their trade ships there thought it was a fitting name.
