Payment Terms
When is my rent due?
Rent is collected in instalments at different times of the year, depending on the property you are living in.
This structure is intended to help you avoid paying one large lump sum and to coincide with student loan payments.
You should review your licence agreement, which clearly details the rent due dates for your property.
Full details are available on request from your chosen property.
When are my first payments due?
To secure your booking, a deposit is payable at the time of signing the tenancy agreement.
What if I do not pay the Booking Deposit payment within 7 days?
If you do not pay the booking deposit within 7 days, we reserve the right to automatically release any room being held.
Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the room being released to someone else.
Cancellation Policy
- Full payment for the stay is due 1 week before arrival
- The guest cannot check in if there is a balance remaining to be paid on the booking - failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking
- Late cancellations (less than 1 week before arrival) are non-refundable
