All units are fully furnished and come with a small double bed and a wardrobe. ** If the college start date is delayed, licence agreement start dates will be delayed accordingly allowing check-in just before college starts with rent only being charged from this new agreed start date. 

Booking fee is €100. Security deposit is equal to 4 weeks rent and is fully refundable at the end of the student’s stay.
