Payment Terms

( England )Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s License Fee is non-refundable.&nbsp;If you have paid the Advance Rent and the license agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will be held to the terms of the license until a replacement licensee is found.( Scotland )Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel prior to the start of the license period you will be entitled to a full refund of the Advance Rent.&nbsp;If you decide to cancel after the start of your license period then you will be held to the terms of your license agreement.

I had friends who were staying here last year and they had recommended me the place and it suited all my needs. Amazing location and top tier facilities. With their events throughout the academic years keeping the residents involved its a great place to stay if you are looking for an accommodation. Definitely recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The building has excellent facilities and is always warm. The location is perfect for studying at nearby universities such as Heriot-Watt whilst being close to the centre. There are many shops nearby as well as bus stops to take you around the city. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I will miss staying at this place next year.

I enjoyed all the activities they did for us.

The accommodation was excellent, well-maintained, and spotless. There were numerous events held throughout the year, catering to a variety of occasions, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating :)
