Capital House by CRM Students is a student housing in Southampton close to Southampton Polygon and Southampton Highfield. It offers ensuites and studios rooms. Ensuites come in three styles; Shared House (which offers more room privacy and access), Shared House Ensuite and Cluster Ensuite. Studios come in three styles; Classic Studio, Premium Studio and Deluxe Studio. They feature a ¾ Bed, under-bed storage, kitchen, bookshelves, drawers, private en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space. 

The building provides different amenities and services. The amenities include on-site laundry facilities, 24/7 CCTV, secure access, secure bike storage, on-site management, on-site maintenance, a cinema room, a communal kitchen and a games room. Other services include all-inclusive utility bills, free on-site gym, free contents insurance and Wi-Fi. 

Southampton is a major port city located on the south coast of England in Hampshire county. It is famous for being the starting point where the Titanic embarked on its journey. 

Capital House is located at Houndwell Place in Southampton city centre. There are a plethora of great nearby restaurants. Artsy Lounge is a nearby eatery where you can relax and have tasty food. If you’re craving sushi, Zento Sushi is just three minutes away. Bella Italia - Southampton Hanover is another nearby diner that offers Italian cuisine plates in a modern setting. 

You don’t have to worry about grocery shopping because Tesco Express is just around the corner and it offers different types of products. You can take a casual evening walk at Houndwell Park four minutes away from the building. It has spacious greenery and beautiful scenery. At the weekend, you can visit the Titanic Story museum if you’re interested to know more about the history of the ship and its intriguing story.
