Crown Place is a Collegiate student housing in Cardiff which offers rooms in two types, ensuites and studios. Ensuites come in four styles, Club Twodio, Standard Twodio, Standard Plus Twodio and Premium Twodio. 

Studios come in five styles, Standard Studio, Standard Plus Studio, Premium Studio, Large Studio and Extra Large Studio. The building also has One Bedroom Apartment that has a separate private kitchen, unlike the other room types. 

The facilities in the property include a quiet study room, on-site laundry rooms, a 24/7 on-site gym, two cinema rooms, a gaming room and a dining room. The property also has a social calendar for hosting exclusive on-site and virtual events.
