Payment Terms
-The deposit is equal to the monthly fee.
- Every month, residents have access to monthly bills through the resident's portal and monthly pay the established amount.
Cancellation Policy
- Our contracts are not terminable.
- The Down Payment and security deposit are intended to ensure that the Studio is reserved for the Second Contracting Party to the start date of the contract.
- The Parties acknowledge that the cancellation of a reservation may cause damages to the First Contracting Party due to opportunity cost of the lost reservation and therefore any cancellations in the Smart Studios must be duly justified and subject to the following rules:
a) The Down Payment and security deposit shall be refunded in 75% if the Second Contracting Party cancels this Agreement with 60 days or more of its commencement, and the Second Contracting Party shall only bear the costs of the bank transfer with the refund of the down payment by the same method;
b) The Down Payment and security deposit shall be refunded in 50% if the Second Contracting Party cancels this Agreement with 30 days or more, but less than 60 days of its beginning, only bearing the costs of the bank transfer or with any other means that the First Contracting Party may indicate for the return the down payment;
c) The Down Payment and security deposit shall not be refunded if the Second Contracting Party cancels the contract less than 30 days in advance of its commencement.
