About Cidade Universitária

Location

- The students can pay monthly or they can pay all in advance.&nbsp;- To confirm the booking and guarantee the room, a booking fee of 250€ will be required. The security deposit (1.000€) and the first rent must be paid 30 days before the check in.- If the students don’t sign the agreement and pay the booking fee, after 48 hours our system cancel automatically the booking and the room is released. The students will be able to check in only if the 2nd rent and the security deposit are paid.

Freiras bus station is a three-minute walk and R. Beneficência bus station is a six-minute walk. Entre Campos subway station is 11 minutes away and Entrecampos train station is 7 minutes away.

Excellent accommodations and well placed. Close to the metro and its within walking distance from the main points within the city

I’m an international student stayed in this property for 10months. The property is amazing. Rooms are well lit and ventilated. The commodities provided are enough for a peaceful stay. The price justifies the type of stay they are offering. If you are a college student you should definitely check them out. You will have nice experience.

What I really like about this place as an international student:
* Nicely designed and furnished rooms ?
* Cleanness ?
* Perfect view in superior rooms
* Very close to ISCTE, and overal good location
* Reception receives post packages on behalf of the residents
* The staff always do their best to serve the residents in a best possible way
* Facilities (gym, pool with great view, study rooms, library, spacious lobby, etc)
* Quiet place (in my experience)
* Reasonable price
