Standard studios, lower ground studios, and superior studios are offered there. Also, the building offers accessible superior studios and couples studios. You will find wireless Internet access, a combination microwave/oven, a combined fridge/freezer, and a study area with a desk. In addition, you can find under-bed storage, an en-suite with a shower, and a wardrobe with a mirror.Goods Corner has some of the greatest amenities as it offers an all-inclusive bill policy. Moreover, it offers up to 50Mbps free Wi-Fi that broadbands well. Private en-suites and a variety of communal spaces are available in the building. You can have access to a free on-site gym. Also, there's 24-hour security.Living in Edinburgh as a foreign student is, without a doubt, much fun. The lively city of festivals, art, and culture with its rich history and castles is one of the best places to seek education and have the time of your life in. You will be in the centre of many events and get to enjoy every part of it.The building's location is perfect as it’s in the city centre. You will be close to universities, many restaurants and cafes, and many famous sights. As for the restaurants and cafes, you can find McDonald's and Costa just 10 minutes away from the building. Cameron Toll Shopping Centre and Craigmillar Park Golf Course are some other places you can find near you there.

Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking. Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full. How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme. What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let. When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid. The <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/edinburgh/university-of-edinburgh" style="">University of Edinburgh&nbsp;</a>is a 13-minute away bus ride while <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/edinburgh/edinburgh-college-of-art" style="">Edinburgh College of Art</a> is a 21-minute away bus ride. Nether Liberton Lane bus stop is a 3-minute walk away while Mid Liberton bus stop is just around the corner.

Goods Corner has been the perfect student residence for me during my academic year 2021-22! Whilst I was residing there, I had a wonderfully spacious studio and I had the opportunity to interact with some of its friendliest & kindest staff members including Ewelina, Erin, Keith, Grant & Alex! At the time of booking my studio at this accommodation, I received plentiful advice from Alex, the Accommodation Manager alongside the UK Guarantor, Housing Hand. Both Grant, the former Property Services Assistant & Erin, the former Customer Service Advisor were extremely generous and helped me to get acquainted to just about everything within the accommodation during my early stages there. On a bi-weekly basis, Ewelina, the current Customer Service Advisor, often invited the student residents in the common room to participate in various fun activities, all of which aided me to de-stress from my very hectic academic workload! Amongst the plethora of competitions that Ewelina organised, I once even won a 2nd Prize in an UNO competition! At times, we used to even play Jenga together! Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend Goods Corner to any student deciding to reside here in the near future!

Goods Corner is the best student accommodation I have ever lived in. There are very neat and tidy common areas. The location is also great, with three bus stops and a large shopping mall right on the doorstep. Many thanks also to Ewa at the front dest for all the help she brought.

This is my second year at Goods Corner and this alone should suffice to express my comfortability, appreciation and overall satisfaction with the place. The people who work here are no cold strangers but rather friendly, resourceful efficient employees who treat you like a neighbour. The studios come with enough amenities for any student to work, cook and live well. The location is serene, ideal for studying, but still has a handy shopping centre next door. The living experience does get better if you get a studio in the upper floors.

A lovely student accommodation with friendly and helpful staff! Studios are luxury and modern. It is very close to Kings Building’s and close to Cameron Toll shopping center.It is  far away from the center of the town however you can go to the town by bus that are very consistent.

Relatively a good choice when you study in King's Building campus, it is quite close to the uni, only 5 mins on foot. The shopping centre nearby can satisfy most essential needs. Room is great overall, not too tiny, worth the price. Desk is a bit small, not quite enough for a screen monitor with other electronics.
Overall recommended for KB students
