iQ Grosvenor House

iQ Grosvenor House is a Leicester student accommodation that offers three room types; ensuites, studios, and apartments. Ensuites come in six styles; Gold Ensuite, Gold Ensuite Plus, Silver Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite, Bronze Ensuite Plus and Platinum Ensuite. They feature a private room, a shower, a double bed and a TV in a shared space. 

As for the studios, they come in four styles; Gold Studio, Gold Studio Plus, Silver Studio and Townhouse Studio. Apartments come in only one style, which is One-bed Apartment. The rooms are private and they feature a double bed, free dual occupancy and a separate kitchen area.
