Payment
- 130 € RESERVATION FEE plus ONE MONTH rent as security deposit, depends on the kind of room and residence. ( The 130 euros fee is only refundable if it is communicated before July 31 and due to not having been admitted to any university in the city where you have reserved your place. It is a rate that has nothing to do with the rent )
- Monthly payments are available.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the special health situation in which we find ourselves as a result of the pandemic
caused by COVID 19, the Property will allow the early resolution of the same, provided that there is a notice of 3 months by the tenant (the resident).
In case of not mediating the aforementioned notice, the right to the refund of the deposit and of the current month will be lost if it has already been invoiced, however, the resident will accept the additional billing of all those months that have not been respected in the notice.
