Seren is a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/swansea" style="text-align: initial;" target="_blank">Swansea student accommodation</a>&nbsp;offering a variety of rooms for students attending nearby universities. Available rooms include studios and en-suite rooms. All rooms come with private access, an en-suite shower room, a ¾ bed with under-bed storage and a bedside table, a study space with a desk and chair, shelves, a wardrobe, coat hooks, a pegboard, USB sockets, a smart 32-inch TV, and a mirror.&nbsp;A small private kitchen is available in studios and is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge freezer, and a microwave oven. There is also a shared kitchen and dining area, where a four-ring induction hob, an integrated single oven, and a full-size fridge freezer are available, along with a dining space with a table and chairs and a lounge with a smart 50-inch TV. <h3 dir="ltr" style="">Features</h3>Seren, this Swansea student accommodation, offers students a wide range of amenities, including all-inclusive bills, free Wi-Fi, 24/7 CCTV security, and free contents insurance. There are on-site laundry facilities, an on-site management team, and on-site maintenance. Secure bike storage, parcel lockers, and on-site vending machines are also available. An on-site sports centre is available for your exercise.&nbsp;Socialising is easy during your stay; there is an abundance of places where you can hang out with friends, including games and gaming rooms, a karaoke room, a variety of communal spaces, and a cinema room. MONTHLY PAYMENT INSTALMENTS&nbsp;at&nbsp;Cosmos&nbsp;and&nbsp;Seren.&nbsp;Students are required to have a UK based guarantor.

Payment Terms

<ol><li dir="ltr">Holding Deposit&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You’ll pay a holding deposit once you book your room. This is to secure your room.&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">It's important to note that the holding deposit is non-refundable if the tenancy agreement is not signed within a strict&nbsp;14-day period.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Once you sign your tenancy agreement, the holding deposit becomes a refundable security deposit. You’ll get it back after your tenancy is over if there’s no damage done to the room or the communal areas.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">&nbsp;By paying your holding deposit, you give full consent to use the details that you’ve provided to conduct a search against the sanction list in any chosen country. Note: You've got the right to prohibit any kind of search, but the provider won’t be able to proceed with your application.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You can pay rent upfront or in instalments&nbsp;(with a UK guarantor)&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Relevant checks will be made to confirm your place at your university, and then you’ll receive an online offer with the tenancy agreement through the Student Portal online.</li><li dir="ltr">You’ll get a full refund on the holding deposit if the provider can’t offer you a room or a suitable alternative.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol start="3"><li dir="ltr">Cancellation within the cooling-off period</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the accommodation offer and get a full refund of the holding deposit.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You generally lose your holding deposit if you cancel after the cooling-off period.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Exception: You can get out of the tenancy agreement even after your cooling-off period if: &nbsp;</li></ul><ol><li dir="ltr">You’re a first-year undergraduate student who didn't get accepted to your chosen university or got accepted to a different one (with proof).</li><li dir="ltr">You couldn’t get a UK visa (with proof)&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">You might be released from the tenancy agreement and get some rent refunded (minus the holding deposit), if you find someone to replace you.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol start="4"><li dir="ltr">Period before you enter your tenancy agreement</li></ol>CRM Students have the right to return your holding deposit and cancel your booking if any of the following occurs:&nbsp;<ul><li dir="ltr">Provide any misleading information</li><li dir="ltr">If you fail to complete your application or provide grantor details and supporting documentation within a reasonable time.</li></ul><ol start="5"><li dir="ltr">Cancellation after moving in&nbsp;</li></ol>It’s hard to leave during your contract term; there are some alternative options, including:&nbsp;<ul><li dir="ltr">Find a replacement tenant who can take over your contract and who meets the specific criteria (age, student status, guarantor).&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">You’ll still pay a £50 administration fee, even if you find a replacement.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">If you still can’t find a replacement, you’re responsible for the full rent payment until the end of your contract.</li></ul><ol start="6"><li dir="ltr">Cancellation by CRM Students or the landlords</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">Your booking will be cancelled if you fail to do the following:&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Fail to sign the tenancy agreement within 14 days of receiving the offer (outside the cooling-off period).&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. If you didn’t check in on your start date (outside the cooling-off period). &nbsp;<ul><li dir="ltr">Once you sign your tenancy agreement, it can only be terminated by mutual agreement or under specific circumstances.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol start="7"><li dir="ltr">Room and tenancy changes&nbsp;</li></ol><ul><li dir="ltr">You can extend your tenancy before the start date (subject to availability). However, you can’t shorten your stay.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">&nbsp;You can change your start date if you want.&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">If you wish to upgrade your room or move to a different room type that is the same type as the original, you can do so for free before your start date (subject to availability).&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Room swaps after the start date cost £50.</li></ul>

Six bus stations surround the property. Orchard Street and High Street Station are 2 minutes away on foot. Police HQ is an 8-minute walk away.

The rooms are spacious, especially the kitchen. The staff are nice and the reply time on email is very quick. No issues with the Wifi, electricity or water ever. My only complaint is one of the elevators has been down for basically the entire year

Right in the heart of Swansea. Right beside the train station and grocery store. So close to everything and not too bad for the price! I love the television in the room and private toilets!

One of the best student accommodations in Swansea.
Provides all amenities including study rooms, gaming room, karaoke room, mini theatre, bistro to host private lunch and dinners, pool table, table tennis and gym.
Very well-maintained.

Could not ask for a better experience for my first year of University. I had no idea, somehow, that the accommodation would pair you with likeminded individuals studying similar courses. This has made it so easy to make friends, and I'm extremely thankful for my placements. I won't be taking a star off for the next point as I understand the amenities and other things such as the high quality rooms play a factor in this, but I'm very sad to say I cannot afford the rent for the next year of University. This holds no negative reflection to the accommodation itself. If you can afford it, please, do yourself a favour and book yourself into a room. They are extremely helpful, for example I had fainting and dizziness spells and the office workers were very accommodating and sat with me to make sure I wasn't alone.

Kareoke room, pool table, brilliant gym, cinema room, outside courtyard - what more can you ask for in an accommodation? I highly recommend staying at Seren. 10/10.

I have been lucky enough to come across Fusion students, knowing that I am going to be staying there has put me at a lot more ease and comfort knowing that I will be staying somewhere that I fell in love with and really liked, which I think is important for any fresher. I have also made so many amazing friends already that are going to Fusion that I can’t wait to meet and be with al the time. Fusion accommodation has literally every thing you would want somewhere you are going to be living to have, as well as having the most caring, lovely and fun staff and workers that are always there to chat and can make the whole process of booking easier as they are there to help and understand your needs and wants, they have honestly been so helpful to me as I have been really indecisive with the room I wanted, but with the help of the amazing staff I have now got a room I’m so happy with and can’t wait to move into. I have also had the amazing opportunity to be an ambassador for Fusion, this has meant that I can help other people come across Fusion and book it, seeing people fall in love with the accommodation just like I did makes me really happy. Fusion is definitely the best accommodation out there, it has every thing you would want and more. I have put in a couple of pictures that show the type of vibe of Fusion. But if you are looking for any accommodation, get onto Fusion, I promise you will fall in love with it and have the best time being somewhere that makes your University experience so much easier and better for you.
