Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms
- Stays of 130 days or less: Pay the full accommodation cost when booking.
Stays of 131+ days: A €500 security deposit is due 30 days before arrival. The first monthly instalment is required to confirm your booking, with up to 4 instalments in total.
Stays of 24 days or less: A €350 card pre-authorisation is required at arrival before your keys are activated.
Late payments: A €50 surcharge applies if payment is 4-8 days late, and €100 if more than 8 days late. Late payment may also result in eviction without a refund.
Security deposit: Returned within 71 days after departure, subject to any deductions. The €350 pre-authorisation is released within 28 days after arrival, subject to applicable deductions.
Early departure: Leaving before the agreed end date generally does not reduce the amount owed, and the deposit may be retained. Force majeure exceptions may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Contract Term Modification: The term of the contract can only be modified by express agreement of both parties.
