It offers six styles of studio rooms; Classic, Classic Plus, Premium, Premium Plus, Deluxe and Ultimate Vita. Every room comes with a large comfy bed, a desk and its chair, a flat screen TV and lots of storage spaces. Vita Telephone House also offers a private en-suite bathroom fitted inside every room, as well as a private kitchen with a 2-ring hob, a combi-oven, a microwave and an under counter fridge.Vita Telephone House property also offers two and three-bedroom apartments, where you will have your private bedroom and shared bathroom and kitchen. The building also has Accessible Rooms for students with disabilities. These larger studio rooms come with a King Size bed that can be adapted to suit the disabled students’ requirements.<h3 dir="ltr" style="">Features</h3>Telephone House, a Sheffield student accommodation, is CCTV-monitored, with secure key access to the buildings. Payment Terms

Vita Student Cancellation Policy – Academic Year 2025/2026 1. Cooling-Off PeriodIf you have not booked a Clearing Room (see special terms below), you are entitled to cancel your booking free of charge within the applicable cooling-off period:<ul><li dir="ltr">Bookings made before 27th May 2025: You have 5 days from the booking date to cancel.</li><li dir="ltr">Bookings made on or after 27th May 2025: You have 48 hours from the booking date to cancel. </li></ul>2. Additional Cancellation Policies 2.1 No Place, No PayYou may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you are not accepted to a university in the same city as your Vita Student accommodation, provided that:<ul><li dir="ltr">You notify Vita Student in writing within 48 hours of learning that your university place was declined.</li><li dir="ltr">You provide sufficient supporting documentation confirming the university’s decision.</li><li dir="ltr">The refusal was based on not meeting academic requirements, not due to misconduct, financial reasons, withdrawal, or a revoked offer.</li><li dir="ltr">You completed all the necessary university application steps on time.</li><li dir="ltr">The Licence Agreement term has not started, and you have not moved into the accommodation. </li></ul>Note: If you plan to appeal the university’s decision, you must inform Vita Student immediately. Your eligibility under this policy during and after the appeal will be assessed accordingly. 2.2 No Visa, No PayYou may cancel and receive a full refund if your student visa to study in the UK is denied, subject to the following:<ul><li dir="ltr">You provide written notice by 16th August 2025, along with sufficient documentation confirming the visa rejection.</li><li dir="ltr">The refusal was not due to a failure to follow the required procedures for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).</li><li dir="ltr">Your university issued a CAS number, and the rejection was not caused by an incomplete or faulty university application. </li></ul>3. Payment Terms for 2025/2026<ul><li dir="ltr">You can pay rent in one, two, or four instalments. No guarantor is required for any plan.</li><li dir="ltr">A booking is confirmed once you pay an Advance Licence Fee equal to two weeks’ rent.</li><li dir="ltr">No security deposit or guarantor is needed to finalise your booking.</li></ul>The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their cancellation policies.

Moor Market (Stop MF1) is just a 4-minute walk away. While Arundel Gate/Charles Street is 7 minutes away on foot.

Vita Telephone House

Amazing hospitality during the Euros final last night! The facilities were great, clean and big enough to accommodate a number of groups. Not to mention the amazing service by Mitchell, who made us feel very welcomed and made sure we were all having a good time.

Best experience watching the Euro Finals here thanks to Mitchell who provided impeccable service! 10/10 would recommend. If only England won though :(

This is a great flat with a free breakfast every weekday. There is also a gym with a full range of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, ellipticals, indoor bikes, gantries, barbells, yoga balls, etc. This is a great bonus for fitness enthusiasts as I can easily book the gym every day. In addition, the staff here are very friendly including Lewis, Ashely, Shanie, etc. They are always here to help when I have trouble with my living. In short, I am really happy living here:)

Reception was amazing, Mitchell was with us the night of the Euro Finals and he was amazing, very supportive and ensured that we were able to enjoy the match. This accommodation also has amazing facilities, with one of the best student experiences in Sheffield.

The reception staff are the most kind and attentive people ever. Also the hosted events throughout the week are such a highlight and include anything from cooking, skincare, language lessons, and more! I highly recommend the studios and the location is hard to beat - near city centre and both universities.
