In studios, you will have your own shower and plenty of study space. It also has a common room with a communal TV. In addition, the building has a fabulous on-site gym where you can work out. Also, you can have your breakfast and socialise in the cafe area. You can have all the fun you want in the games room and play with the pool table and foosball table. The Tramshed apartments&nbsp;has Wi-Fi, bike storage, a laundry room, and a burglar alarm. Moreover, you can have all the privacy you need in your lockable bedroom. The building also provides on-site maintenance and 24h security.Preston’s history dates back to the Roman era. During the Roman period, Roman roads passed close to what is now the centre of Preston. The city has a rich history and it’s shown in the Harris Museum &amp; Art Gallery. Preston is a nice peaceful city that you will get to enjoy staying in it while pursuing your studies. The <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/preston/university-of-central-lancashire" target="_blank">University of Central Lancashire</a> is just beside the building. Around 4 bus stops are around the building. Heatley Street bus stop is 1 minute away while Walker Street is 2 minutes away.

I loved my daughter's student accommodation, Her bedroom is good and sopacoius

You get what you paid for! Close to all shops and restaurants. Staffs are professional, honest, kind, understanding, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They will do their best to ensure you feel right at home and that you are safe. COVID times have been very challenging and it has limited us to having a normal university student life, but security is still 24/7 regardless (something that other accommodations failed to provide due to shortage of staff). My friends live at other private student accommodations and we have all shared our experiences so far based on building cleanliness, staff availability and safety.  Seeing the living experience has been as advertised in my experience, I give this place 5 stars out of 5.

The only con I can think of is that it is not cheap to live at The Tramshed and there are no parking spaces on site but the quality of service you get justifies the cost. As for parking, none of the private student accommodations in Preston that I know of have their own private parking area, you can find a few public parking spaces less than 2 minutes walk.

Great accomodation, really good location as close to town and the train station. Really nice and accommodating staff.

Brilliant staff, close to the shops, friendly atmosphere, worth the money.
