Booking Confirmation
After host approval, the first month’s rent is charged to the guest to confirm the booking.
Alternative Payment Option (If Allowed by Host)
Some hosts may allow guests to pay a down payment to secure the space. In such cases:
A down payment is required to secure the space.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the move-in date.

The full payment schedule is displayed to the guest before checkout.
Cancellation Policy
You may terminate the Residents Terms even before moving in, and termination takes effect immediately once notice is delivered.

Refund Rules
Flexible: 100% refund if canceled ≥7 days before move-in
Moderate: 100% refund if canceled ≥14 days before move-in
Standard: 50% refund if canceled ≥30 days before move-in
Firm: 50% refund if canceled ≥14 days before move-in
Strict: 50% refund if canceled ≥30 days before move-in
