2. Payment Requirements
Bookings are only confirmed once Skywide receives the following payments and grants administrative approval:
Security Deposit: AED 800
Admin Fee: AED 200
Advance Rent: As specified in the offer
Refund Processing
Authorised refunds are issued within seven business days via the original payment method or an alternative selected by management. All transaction costs, including bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion rates, will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
1. Documentation and Approval
To initiate a booking, Skywide requires a copy of the applicant’s passport, student ID or admission letter, and an Emirates ID (if available; otherwise, it must be provided immediately upon issuance).
All reservations are contingent upon the completion of a KYC form, document verification, and final management approval.
2. Standard Cancellation Terms
Within 3 Days of Booking: The AED 200 Admin Fee is forfeited. The remaining balance is refunded within seven working days.
After 3 Days of Booking: Both the Security Deposit and Admin Fee (AED 1,000 total) are forfeited. Any remaining balance is refunded within seven working days.
3. Visa Rejection Policy
International applicants may receive a full refund if their visa is officially rejected. To qualify, the applicant must email verifiable proof to Skywide under the following conditions:
The rejection must be dated within seven days of the scheduled check-in.
The cancellation request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
If these conditions are not met, the standard cancellation policy applies. No refunds are granted for requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in.
4. Arrival and No-Show Protocols
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Before moving in, residents must sign an Induction Form and Tenancy Terms.
If an applicant fails to check in within three days of their scheduled arrival without prior written approval from Skywide management, the booking will be cancelled, and all payments will be forfeited.
