This student home offers many services and facilities such as adapted rooms, changing of bed linen and towels, unlimited access to common areas, a dining room, a gym, an architecture room, study rooms, recreation rooms, self-service laundry, cleaning services, maintenance services, vending machines, parking, and Wi-Fi.
*A reservation payment is required 200€ (that amount will be deducted from first rent payment)

*Renewing residents: Course 2021/22 security deposit will be updated, if the placed amount is less than the established for the course 2022/23.
*Prices are per person per month. VAT included (10%).

Payments are made month by month by direct debit.
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation or modification of optional services is subject to certain conditions according to the payment methods indicated in section 1.5.
• For the single payment options, the contracted services cannot be cancelled. • For the monthly payment options, any modification or cancellation of the contracted services must be conducted during the first 10 days of the month prior to them being provided. (except the Premium Internet Service that, once hired, can not be canceled during your stay). • Concerning the dinning service: All clauses concerning breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the Cartuja’s University dinning Service located at the Residence hall, will be defined by the Granada’s university dinning Service and for the whole University community, according their regulations and schedule.
