No, unless the provider agrees. A replacement tenant may be possible.

Yes, only if the placement is required, not secured (or not commutable), you submit proof in 5 days, and it is approved.
What is “reasonably commutable”?
Within 1 hour each way by public transport. If it is within this limit, the placement cancellation guarantee does not apply.

Your tenancy remains fully valid and binding.
