Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking.Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full.How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme.What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let.When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? You will only be released once the room has been successfully re-let and any required release payment or fees have been paid.The above cancellation policy is a synopsis of the property’s cancellation policy. It is just a 15-minute walk to the <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/manchester/university-of-manchester" style="">University of Manchester</a> and a 23-minute walk to <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/manchester/manchester-metropolitan-university" style="">Manchester Metropolitan University</a>. <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/manchester/into-manchester" style="">INTO Manchester</a> is a 17-minute bus ride away. More than 7 bus stations are surrounding the premises. The closest one is Whitworth Park, followed by Ropemaker Court and Playfair Street.

The rooms were clean and spacious, Elena was great to talk to and very helpful - i'm excited to move in!

Elena showed me around Heald Court and the rooms were a good size and the location is great. Elena was super helpful and answered all our questions with great knowledge and friendliness. I was really happy with the experience.

Its in a great location, close to the uni as well. rooms are a very good size.
The staff are helpful and very friendly especially grace who showed me the place.

Me and and friend had a viewing at park view and Heald court. The lady that showed us round was extremely helpful. The area is really convenient and it seems like there’s lots of shops close by. It would be a perfect place to stay during university!

Great location, just 3 min walk to the city centre, all the shops, restaurants and train or bus stations. Nice and clean kitchen with your own washing machine. And the team is so friendly and supportive! Especially Ewelina and Joanne, who always greet you with a smile and are ready to answer all the questions you may have or help with some issues. Thanks to Ewelina and Joanne this place feels more like home :)  I've enjoyed living here during this academic year.
