All they care about is money. I am paying £2000 more per year than my roommate that has the exact same room and shares the kitchen with me. They do not tell you about how often they enter your kitchens to "inspect" meaning if one plate is out they chuck an extra £20 each on the price. Maintenance issues are more hassle than its worth due to how rude they can be when entering your accommodation. No privacy at all as the staff feel like they have the authority to come into your rooms, even when you are not there. 1 star is generous but can't do any lower sadly

Just 1 star and just because of disgusting, useless and garbage lifts of the building. They break down all the time. You'll understand me if you stay in Scape Wembley in future Revision... I still hate this building's lifts but rest of it, all nice. Personnel, rooms, friendship... There is no reason to do not live in here (except lifts) so choose your room in lower floors :)

My sister lived here and did not like it. When I came to collect her the staff were a bit hostile. We both speak with accents but we speak good English. They kept asking what when we asked questions to make us repeat things and spoke slower and laughed at how we speak at times. They ask her to leave a positive review as we were moving her things out and told us there were rewards for leaving good reviews. They were offering everyone rewards for good reviews so I'm not surprised to see so many even if I don't think they're very true. She said the lifts never worked and when you live in a high floor building this is really hard. The bins were very far away and always full. She called me several times when she was staying here worried about her safety as drug use happened often in communal areas and staff at night unsettled her because they seemed to be high. There was some fighting and lots of noise. The building is nicely designed and well location. It is a very new building and they offer a lot of incentives for reviews and bookings again. They do put on events which is good for first year students but overall my sister seemed very uncomfortable to live here and she doesn't want to go back. It seems nice on the surface but living there for a long time seems bad. When I went to collect her the building was very hot and she said that the temperature was always too high or too low and there was no ventilation. She said she always felt hard to breathe and I see what she meant from visiting. It also smells of smoke on some floors which is harder to breathe.
