Big charming old apartment in lavapies in central madrid, neighboring metro lines 1 and 3. Flat has two different areas that are suitable for 2 individuals. I remain in one and rent out the other with a big bedroom and a sitting/workshop with balcony ensuite. Nice view, big bathroom, small kitchen, lift and three cats. I'm searching for a happy, well-built lady who loves cats! Old and cute apartment in lavapies, big and well-connected in the middle of madrid, near to metro lines 1 and 3. The apartment has two different worlds. I live in one and rent the other, which consists of a wide bedroom with a double bed attached to a living room/workshop with balcony on the driveway. Areas typical to large bathroom and mini kitchen. A lot of sun, a raise and three kittens. I'm looking for a student girl or an trained and friendly woman... who likes cats!
