What payment plans are available?
You can pay rent as follows:

• Full payment in August

• Two payments (August & December)

• Three payments (aligned with student finance), guarantor required

• 10 monthly payments via direct debit, guarantor required

Direct debit must be set up when signing the tenancy agreement.

Can rent be deferred with student finance?
Yes, but only if you provide official proof of your loan (amount and payment dates). Without proof, deferment will not be allowed.

How can I pay rent?
Payment methods include:

• Direct debit (UK bank account required)

• Online payment via Students/Mangopay (fees must be covered)

If approved, rent payments are adjusted to match your student loan payment dates.

• Rent is delayed until student loan payments are received

What are the key conditions?

• Rent must be paid on time unless deferment is approved

How do I cancel my contract?
You must email the provider to request cancellation.

What is the cooling-off period?
You have 3 working days from booking confirmation, ending earlier if you move in or collect keys.

Can I cancel during the cooling-off period?
Yes. If valid, you receive a refund of:

• Security deposit

Can I cancel before moving in (after the cooling-off)?
Yes, but

• You must find a provider-approved replacement tenant.

• A provider may assist but does not guarantee success

• Rent is still payable until replacement is secured

Yes, but:

• Cooling-off ends immediately on move-in

• The same replacement tenant rules apply

• You remain liable for rent until replacement is fully completed
