What payment plans are available?
You can pay rent as follows:

• Full payment in August

• Two payments (August & December)

• Three payments (aligned with student finance) – guarantor required

• 10 monthly payments via direct debit – guarantor required

Direct debit must be set up when signing the tenancy agreement.

Can rent be deferred with student finance?
Yes, but only if you provide official proof of your loan (amount and payment dates). Without proof, deferment will not be allowed.

How can I pay rent?
Payment methods include:

• Direct debit (UK bank account required)

• Online payment via Students/Mangopay (fees must be covered)

How does student finance deferment work?
If approved, rent payments are adjusted to match your student loan payment dates.

How do I apply for deferment?
Email proof of student finance and your property details.

What are the key conditions?

• Rent must be paid on time unless deferment is approved

• Direct debit is mandatory at signing

• You must cover any payment fees

• Missing requirements can delay or block payment processing

How do I cancel my contract?
You must request cancellation in writing by email to the address in your contract. Standard terms and conditions apply.

What happens if I cancel before moving in?

• £75 cancellation fee (may be taken from your deposit)

• You must find a suitable replacement tenant

• Assistance may be provided only if the property is fully occupied and is not guaranteed

• You remain liable for rent until a replacement tenant is secured

• Refunds are only paid after the replacement tenant completes all requirements
  
  
  

What happens if I cancel after moving in?
Same conditions as above:

• £75 fee applies

• You remain liable for rent until the replacement tenant fully completes all requirements

Will help be given to find a replacement tenant?

Only if the property is fully occupied, and only as reasonable assistance (not guaranteed).

Will I get a refund?
Only after a replacement tenant is fully approved, completes all documents, and makes the required payments.

Do my legal rights change?
No, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
