Located in one of the best areas of madrid's center, next to the most popular places for leisure and entertainment, streets, parks, museums, restaurants, stores, to explore the city. Quite well linked, from the metro and supermarkets within 1-2 minutes walk. Highly recommends for staff and teachers, for their protection and fast transport. In a traditional elevated structure. The rooms are completely furnished, fitted to the modern style and conserved furniture, with sheets and towels, wide windows and new beds of various sizes depending on the location. For healthy coexistence cleanliness would be a must. Do not hesitate to contact me to include everything you need to make your stay fine. Note cleaning shall be included in the common areas if there is either one room or two rooms reserved for cleaning once a month, if there are 3 rooms, twice a month, if there are 4 rooms, 3 times a month, if both rooms are allocated once a week.
