Northgate House

Northgate House is a Derby student accommodation option that offers many room types, ranging from en-suite rooms to self-contained studios. All room types feature a small double bed, a work desk and chair, a large wardrobe, and a private bathroom. Studios and en-suites differ in that studios are self-contained, meaning they have their own kitchenette and private lounge area.

En-suite rooms, on the other hand, have shared kitchens and lounge areas. Communal kitchens and lounges all share an open-plan layout and have everything you need. The kitchens have a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a stove, a kettle, a microwave, ample counter space, and much more. The lounge area has a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV.
