Parkside Student Residence is a student housing in Toronto that offers private and shared rooms. All rooms include a double bed, a shared/private bathroom, a dresser, a study desk with a chair, and a wardrobe.

This property offers a wide variety of facilities and services, these include an on-site management team, fire alarms, paid parking, on-site laundry, bike repair shop and storage, on-site maintenance team, on-site gym with Yoga studio and multiple communal areas. Communal areas include an outdoor terrace with a BBQ area, Communal Kitchen with on-site dining program, communal games room, social lounge with a fireplace, and study zones. The building also has a mandatory unlimited dining programme billed per semester. This programme offers a weekly delicious menu for a budget-friendly price. The "anytime-style dining plan" enables students to stop by as often as they'd like between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.

The building is located at Carlton Street, only a short walk from the centre of the city. It is surrounded by many lively and exciting locations, including eatery spots, entertainment venues, and other places of interest. If you'd like to have a mouth-watering pizza, Trattoria Mercatto is a nearby restaurant offering delicious Italian fare, including pasta and pizza in a stylish setting.  When you need to do some grocery shopping, Metro supermarket is just around the corner and it has a variety of products at great deals to cater to your needs. Before you set off for your busy day on campus, we suggest you go for a refreshing morning walk at St. James Park, where you can enjoy the greenery and take in the lovely scenery. 

Over the weekend, you may enjoy a night out with your pals and watch the latest box office movies at Imagine Cinemas, Carlton Cinema. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, where you'll find lots of shops, stores, and boutiques. Another thing you can do during the weekend is visit the CN Tower, where you can enjoy the scenery and have a nice meal at the revolving restaurant at the very top  of it.
