Pier Quays Unite is a Medway student accommodation that offers various rooms, including ensuites and studios. The ensuites available are the Classic which comes with a ¾ bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a study area (desk and chair), multiple drawers, and a bathroom. The ensuite rooms share a kitchen/living area with other flatmates; the kitchen contains an oven, a stove, a microwave, a breakfast bar with stools, a large fridge-freezer, numerous storage units, and ample counter space. 

The studios available are the Accessible Studios for those with mobility difficulties, Classic, Premium Range 1, and Accessible Premium Range 1. These studios feature the same amenities found in an ensuite but offer more space, a private kitchen, and a dining area.
