Pennine House

Pennine House, a Leicester student accommodation offering housing to students attending nearby universities. You can choose between double rooms, en-suite rooms, and studios. The rooms are present in four- to eight-bedroom clusters. Both studios and en-suite rooms include a private en-suite bathroom, a ¾ double bed with storage drawers and whose headboard is fitted with storage space and USB ports, a wardrobe, shelving, a desk with drawers, and a chair. 

The two units differ in that studios also include a fitted kitchen, a sink, storage space, wall cupboards, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a hob, an oven, and a table with chairs. Double rooms have a ¾ double bed with pull-out storage, a wardrobe, plug sockets, shelves, and a notice board. Room clusters have shared bathrooms, a large fully-fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a sink, a toaster, and a kettle. There’s also a shared lounge/living area that has a TV with Netflix and Disney+. Each room cluster also has a hoover, an iron, an ironing board, a mop, and a bucket.
