What are the available payment plans? 

Tenants can choose to pay the full annual rent upfront, which removes the need for a guarantor. Alternatively, rent can be paid in three instalments, though this requires a UK-based guarantor.

When must the rent be paid? 

For those on instalment plans, payments are collected in September, January, and April. The Management sends out reminders with specific dates and totals a few weeks before the deadline.

What are the official contract dates? 

Both contract options begin on September 12, 2026. The 44-week option concludes on July 17, 2027, while the 51-week option concludes on September 4, 2027.

Is it possible to move in before the contract starts? 

Generally, early occupancy is not permitted due to cleaning schedules. However, Tenants with specific needs may contact management to see if a special arrangement can be accommodated.

What is the "Cooling-Off" period? 

There is a seven-day window to cancel and receive a full Holding Deposit refund. This applies if the cancellation occurs before the tenancy starts, within seven days of the initial offer, or within seven days of signing the agreement.

How is a cancellation submitted? 

All cancellations must be sent via email. Written requests are only reviewed by the Landlord during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00).

What happens if the cooling-off period has ended? 

Once the grace period passes, the Tenant is liable for the full term's rent. To be released early, the Tenant must provide three months' notice and either pay the remaining balance in full or find a qualified replacement student to take over the lease.

Can travel restrictions affect the agreement? 

If government travel bans prevent a Tenant from reaching the UK, the agreement may be cancelled if evidence of university withdrawal is provided before the start date. Tenants may also choose to delay their start date until travel is permitted, receiving a credit for the missed time.
