History and Background
Hull College is a further education college based in Kingston upon Hull, England. Founded in 1952, the college’s main campus is located in the heart of the city’s historic old town and is operated by Hull College Group. The Hull Group operates three centres in the city located in Queen's Gardens, Cannon Street, and within the KCOM Stadium. It also operates a centre in Goole and used to include Harrogate College.

These facilities include a fully-equipped gym; a theatre; painting and decoration workshops; fabrication and welding workshops; a motor vehicle repair centre and a motor vehicle workshop; mechanical engineering workshop; a fashion studio; a Mac suite; Dance and music studios; joinery workshops; a cabin simulator; construction workshop; and a big library.
The campus also houses “HU1 Riverside”, which is Hull College’s premier training restaurant. It serves delicious food and provides excellent service. The college has a Childcare Centre that is open to the general public and the children of students and staff; and two SalonQGs, one of them for beauty therapy, and the other specialising in hairdressing.
