The Cork College of Commerce is a college in Cork, Ireland, that was founded in December 1908. The "School of Commerce and Domestic Science" was its initial name. The college's focus has shifted since 1991, when the last of its secondary school pupils completed their Leaving Certificate exams, and it now offers both full-time day and night programmes. The college now provides hundreds of courses on a variety of topics.
The Cork College of Commerce has different departments; they include Business Administration, Apprenticeships, Fitness, Beauty and Complementary, Health, Humanities and Early Years, Information Technology, and Tourism, Food and Hospitality. Many of the college's courses lead to a formal certificate, such as one recognised by Accounting Technicians Ireland or certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
To enrich the students’ learning experience, The College offers many academic and non-academic facilities and services. These include study facilities, computer facilities, Moodle, free access to Office 365, a canteen, a library, and interview and language training labs.
If you need to explore a different university and get a different student experience, the University College Cork and Cork College of Commerce are nearby and Casita provides Cork student halls near them.
